The construction on the place was horrible.
After moving in, we had problems running the vacuum, it would trip a breaker. some times the breaker would trip in the middle of the night for no reason...they looked at it 4 or 5 times in 3 months before they got it fixed.
The water heater could not support more than 2 hot showers when it was cranked up all the way. Due to gas costs, we tried to keep the setting in the economical area, but that barely had enough hot water for one (less than 10 min) shower. They took a look and said it's working fine, either they didn't know, or they place cheaped out and got a water heater that sucked or was too small for the place.
The windows where leaky and when complained, the response was tape them up, which didn't help, the wind blew out the plastic...according to policy we're not supposed to put blanket in the window, but did anyway because we had to. Our electricity bill was out of sight due to heating in the winter...nobody said anything about the blanket though. Also I could see light coming through our front door between the cracks in the wood, which was on our move in problem report. They had to fix a leaky sink twice -the first time was not done properly. The last straw was when we complained about cockroachs, the lady tried to argue with me saying they were not cockroaches...I had one in my freezer!!!!I had to convince her to send some one out to take a look. I know they baited our place, but fear they didn't our neighbors, so the bugs are just moving from one to another.

07/07/06 Totally agree with anonymous 06/23/06. There is bugs, fat coackroaches roaming all over my apartment. Glad that I am moving out. And the management, pliz no customer service, and what's with the management only watering the grass around the office while the rest of the place looks as crappy as ever. When I moved in, I had to clean the carpet again, and they did not even reimburse me for that. Furthermore the carpet was as old as ever, I can go on about Wentworth but pliz do not move there!

This place is gross. The office people could care less about any of their residents. I asked them before I moved in to turn the air conditioner or at least the fridge on for me cause I was moving from a long distance in the middle of the summer and guess what?? When I arrived nothing was turned on and it was 100 degrees in my apartment along with the fridge. They don't care one bit if a resident has a problem. When I moved in there was stains all over the carpet and there were cobwebs on the ceiling and everything was dirty. The fridge freezes everything and they have "fixed" my toilet several times and it is still broken. This sh**hole is falling apart and their response to my leaking ceiling was "well we didn't put the hole in there." I am counting down the days til I move out. I can't wait to see what they will try to charge me with when I do.

I have to call them to get my apartment sprayed for bugs EVERY WEEK! this morning i found this nice dead cochroach in the middle of my living room and wake up to spiders on the wall above my bed... gross, i can't believe they care so little. I wish i would have known just half of this and i wouldnt have ever moved in. there are people that live in a nearby apartment that are clearly doing illegal drugs outside and wentworth basically didn't care to even hear it. since i had my windows open (it was nice out) now my apartment is filled with that stench. this place really couldn't be any worse--i could go on all day about this, just take our words for it DON'T MOVE HERE

Not only have I had spiders, roaches etc...but I also had snakes in my place. They don't care to fix any problems and always have attitudes when you try to tell them about their property. They are always charging for things that they should be responsible for. I also had a roof leak that was conveniantly painted over and never fixed. It's getting yellow again!!
