Terrible place ran by management that really could care less about you. They have been very rude to me ever since the day after I signed the lease. They would not come and fix things for weeks. I've had my toilet "fixed" several times and it is still broken. I've apparently just have to lower my standards of living in Wentworthless USA!

In addition, had the apartment sprayed for bugs numerous times. I do not believe they even actually sprayed because there was always bugs and lots of spiders. Management does not serve justice... My neighbor got fined for having a pet even though Jolynn personally knew they didn't have one. Yes, they will even turn their friends in! So be careful and do not trust anything they say. Get everything in writing.

I think Citadel across the street is a better place to live. Look at their reviews while they have just as many gangstas and car break-ins, at least their management cares. It think I may move their when my lease is over (I am counting down the days!!) There are much better places to live for the money. Plus they find a million things to charge you for (such as a smoke detector apparently that is $55 dollars to put a d*** battery in). They do very shady business. BE CAREFUL!!!

Wentworth is the worst place to live EVER, other than on the streets. Wait, a cardboard box might be better. The hot water goes out every week, bugs everywhere....I could go on forever!!

I'm a former resident and I still have nightmares of this place and it's BUGS. It appears that some things never change. You would think after all these years they would have done something about the ROACHES at least. Maybe start charging them rent or maybe teach them a trade.

Wentworth is getting even worse guys! Management accepts your rent each month but talk down to you as though you are garbage. My ceiling in the livingroom and bedroom are leaking and swelling. I am using buckets and pots to catch water leaking from the ceilings. Check this out the water leaking in the livingroom area damaged my new tv. I was told by ----- (Wentworth apartment manager) My rental insurance is responsible for damages to my television. The rental insurance company referred me back to Wentworth noting "coverage is only obligated in case of fire,theft, and liability." The building damages occurring by poor up keep and neglect by Wentworth is not covered. Can someone point me in the right direction to fight back the greater evil?

I also have problems with spiders due to the leaking roof. Apparently living with 3 buckets in my living room to catch dripping water is normal and is okay to last for 2 months. Ridiculous! They have all been very rude to me. They treat me like I am stupid. I don't know what to tell you about the TV damage. Wentworth should have to pay for it since it is their building that caused the damage. I would seriously contact the Housing Authority or an Attorney. That should maybe scare them into paying what they are at least supposed to cover. I can't believe they get away with all of this!

That sucks! There are bugs everywhere in my apartment too. I have nightmares about spiders!! ugh. When I left this morning I saw this huge roach in the stairwell. I have all kinds of ceiling crap all over my tables and even my computer from when they "fixed" my ceiling. AKA when they painted over the leak in my ceiling and they acted surprised when painting over a leak doesn't fix it and it leaked a week later. Wow. These people are smart. You guys should call Omaha Housing Authorities at (402) 444-4200. They come and inspect your apartment and write Wentworth up for anything unacceptable. I think wentworth gets charged each time they get written up, i'm not sure. GOOD LUCK!
