This place is disgusting and horrible. I have never seen so many roaches in my life! The office tells us that the roaches living in our basement are waterbugs... HAH! Ya right! I was born on a night but it wasn't last night baby! When Orkin Pest Control finally came out to our townhouse they told us flat out that the bugs in our basement are indeed roaches. I guess I have learned to live alongside the roaches and silverfish, but one thing that I will never get used to is the rude nasty cold hearted ------- who work at the office. They do not care about you or your problems. Somehow every problem you present to them is YOUR FAULT - NO MATTER WHAT. You are best off staying far away from Wentworth USA. Please take this advice. Do not get sucked into living in this hell hole. Oh and if you do move in here i hope you enjoy lots of GARBAGE. Everywhere you look there are tumble weeds of McDonalds bags and empty cans/bottles of pop and beer - EVERYWHERE! Another important side note: there are A LOT of young, ghetto, bass bumping, thieving hoodlums who live here. My roommate's car has been broken into two times (both within the first month of us living here). Beware, what I've mentioned here in this review is just the TIP of this disgusting, nasty iceberg!

Wow, we've got about the same story here. I've got a really bad problem with spiders in my apartment and the Orkin Pest Control guy told me it is because of the leaky ceiling in my apartment. This place is horrible. The management were all jerks to me as well, even before I made one complaint. In fact they were rude starting right after I signed the stupid lease. They haven't fixed my ceiling at all and it has been 2 months. I'm sure I will get fined for it too in the end. This place is just unbelievable.

I understand your anger I am in the same boat. but what i do is keep a list of all the problems video tape them and who I talked to at the office I even record the conv. that I have with the office. so when I move out I have everything I need to fight them in court. because from what i heard it will come to that. And try to make it until the end of your lease and MOVE THE HELL OUT OF THIS PLACE.
