(user photo) Livingroom ceiling Never fixed they just painted over the bad leaks! (user photo) I cleaned old,smelly, dingy, & nasty carpet during move-out! Looks better than my move in! Alleged infestation of roaches n pests??? (user photo) Bedroom ceiling still the same til I move-out! Never fixed leaks. (user photo) More carpet move-out! Cleaned better than my move-in! Carpet rip out from pests (pending)??

NEVER LIVE HERE, NO MATTER HOW LITTLE MONEY YOU HAVE. BASCIALLY, HERE'S THE DEAL:
I'VE MADE SEVERAL LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS REGARDING NEIGHBORS, THE LIVING QUALITY OF THE APARTMENT, BUGS, ETC AND OF COURSE PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF MANAGEMENT DO WHAT THEY CAN(EX. YALE ENFORCEMENT) BUT BEYOND THAT, NOTHING. WE'RE MOVING OUT THIS MONTH AND I CAN'T WAIT. BUT, I'M SURE WE'LL BE CHARGES FOR "SOMETHING" AND I'M NOT EXPECTING TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND TRUST ME: DO N-O-T RENT HERE
