I WAS TALKING TO THE PROPERY MANAGER YESTERDAY 6/19/07 ABOUT MY SITUATION. SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME AND REFUSED TO HELP PUTTING ALL THE BLAME ON ME. HOW IS IT A TENANTS FAULT WHEN THERE IS A MAJOR BUG PROBLEM, OR THERE IS LEAK IN THE ROOF THAT IT TAKES 1.5 MONTHES TO REPAIR. HOW IS IT A TENANTS FAULT THAT THERE IS TRASH OVERFILLING FROM THE DUMPSTERS AND BLOWING EVERYWHERE. I ASKED FOR RECEIPTS FOR WHY I GOT CHARGED WHAT I DID WHEN I MOVED OUT AND SHE JUST REFUSED AND YELLED AT ME SOME MORE. I ASKED IF SHE READ THESE REVEIWS ON THIS SITE AND ALL SHE SAID WAS YES AND THAT SHE HAD READ MINE AND THEY ARE ALL BS. SAYING IT WAS JUST PEOPLE LIKE ME!! NOT SURE WHAT SHE MEANT HERE!

PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO PAID THERE RENT EVERY MONTH BUT NEVER GOT ANY HELP WITH ANY OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAD WITH THE BUGS, TRASH, SECURITY OR MAINTENANCE. PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO FULLFILLED THEIR LEASE AGREEMENTS THAT THE MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO HELP. THIS MANAGER HAS BEEN THERE FOR 21 YEARS AND HOW SHE STILL HAS A JOB IS BEYOND ME. READING THROUGH THESE REVEIW THERE IS AN OBVIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE COMPLEX AND SHE REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. SHE REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS THAT EVERYONE IS HAVING AND ITS PRETTY OBVIOUS ON WHAT THE PROBLEMS ARE. THERE ARE 63 REVEIWS ALL OF WHICH STATE THE SAME PROBLEMS. ITS NOT THE TENANTS ITS THE MANAGEMENT THAT IS NOT FULLFILLING THERE END OF THE LEASE AGREEMENTS.

This place was the worst decision I ever made too! I've never dealt with management or apartment this horrible, not even close!

Wow, i must say though that i am not surprised. Nothing they do anymore surprises me sadly enough. Yeah one day when I was in there I heard one of them screaming on the phone at some tenant about these online reviews. You would think instead of yelling and being rude to us about it they would try to make some changes and be nice to us. I guess that is out of the question for them. I'm just glad I am moved out and done w/ that place. All I can say to others about this crappy place is: Get out while you can!!!! If you don't already live here, DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT!
