I am currantly resident at Wentworth USA and I have a nice apartment for $471.00 per month. You defently get what you pay for. My appliances are run down and very old. As far as noise goes my building is pretty quiet. Overall, maintenance comes when you call, but they don't always get things fixed right. I feel that they try and run this complex on such a limited budget, that it is out of maintenance control and they do the best with what they have.

Now that we got this out of the way, lets talk about office staff. When I moved in the initial contact was with Jolene. At that time I thought to myself, if every employee is this rude I wouldn't want to live here. Then I met the Assistant Manager, Kelly. I came back because she made me feel special. Kelly is a cut above the other office staff. As I have found that the Property and Resident Manager are hard to deal with. Jaime is very young and has a lot to learn about customer service and how to treat people. Lori the Property Manager, will sit and talk to you, as long as you give her respect, she will give the same. She does give you a chance as long as your sincere.

The parking really sucks as well as the snow removal. The grounds guy tries to keep up, but the tenents don't help keep the property clean and take pride in where they live.

If I wanted to pay $650.00 per month for rent, I would expect a lot more for my money. I feel that the apartment I have is worth the money. Sometimes you have have to deal with the inconviences of the lessor quality of life. Unless you want to pay for it. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!

YOU KNOW, I THINK IT'S TIME THE WENTWORTH STAFF DID START WRITING THEIR OWN REVIEWS, INSTEAD OF EVERYTHING JUST BEING ONE SIDED. GIVE ME A BREAK! IF THE ABOVE REVIEW WAS FROM THEIR STAFF, DON'T YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE PUT ALOT MORE "FLUFF" INTO IT???!!!

LOL! Yeah this is obviously from a member of Wentworth's ghetto staff (without a doubt). They would rather sit in their offices on the internet replying to comments than actually do their jobs. Oh well... *deep sigh

I think Wentworth is like the 84th Street Projects. The place is gheto and the management charges you for everything they can, even a toilet seat. Which this should automatically be changed when someone moves, but not at our cost. The only way they can improve this place is through our dollars. Otherwise the place is going to sh..!! The manager is cold and doesn't think your human, cuz she doesn't have a clue on how to treat people. Guess what Wentworth management...What comes around ...goes around. Someday this will all come crumbling down on you , because you cant treat people like they are lessor than you. If you want good quality people living there, then you better get all new management that cares and will do something with this place. All the good managers left, because they had inside view of what this place can do to you. So I am warning you if you don't want to be charged for everything you better have good pics dated when you move in and when you move out, because that is how they pay their staff is over charginging for something you should never be charged for. I'm sure if you have lived here you would know that the money is not going back into this place. As soon as my lease is up I am planning on getting out of here, and I am warning you if you want constant problems just move to the Wentworth Projects. Mangagement will make sure your either kicked out or the police are knocking at your door. This is not a good place to live, you would be better off living in a cardboard box, if you know what I mean.

Okay, thank you Wentworth staff!! You can keep adding your own reviews on here, but your recommendation level is still only 16%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, did any of you notice they gave Wentworthless a rating of 1 out of 5 yet said they would recommend it?? WTF?
