I AM SO TIRED OF THIS BULL! You ALL need to GROW UP! Yes I AM A RESIDENT HERE! NO I AM NOT MANAGEMENT! ----- is one of the nicest people I have met. SHE IS JUST DOING HER JOB! If some of you would've gotten off your lazy asses and cleaned before you left you wouldn't have gotten charged for it. If you had roaches you obviously didn't keep a clean place. And I know for a fact that when someone has roaches they spray all the apartments on that floor because they sprayed mine because of it. And I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ROACHES! ----- may not be a ----- but she's-------------- NOT ---! If you treat her with respect you will be treated the same! So how about growing the ---- up and instead of harassing this poor girl on the internet who's only doing their job. If you don't quit sooner or later your IP addresses will be traced and you will face legal action because what you are doing is ILLEGAL! What did the poor girl ever do TO YOU! -----,------------------------------ are great at what they do. You all saw your apartments before you moved into them. If you didn't like them you shouldn't have moved in! And as everyone complaining about anonymous why don't you guys put your name in your posts and stop posting anonymously as well. So grow up and quit harassing people. Go to church or something!

I'm sorry this complex is really crappy, its always been that way. Maybe that's why the management always ends up being A-holes. Its not their fault. Maybe its a poltergeist? That probably explains it better. Someone is trying to open a gateway to hell somewhere on that property. But seriously how could you recomend living in a place that has been infested with roaches for at least 9 years(probably more)? Sure you like the management, but still roaches, crime, filth? Management hasn't seemed to be able to fix these problems in 9 years(maybe more), so I would highly recommend living somewhere else. Everything else is people just venting.

I don't see why you are so fired up to defend them when clearly they have wronged a lot of people here. How are people "harassing" her on the internet unless she is actually reading this? I think you would have to be high on some kind of drug to give them a rating of 5. Just my opinion though...

I know management wrote this and made up their own username, because I worked there and witnessed ----- and ----- looking at these comments everyday and responding to them anonymously. ----- monitors this website day and night and reports back to -----. Instead of paying the yearly fee to respond to the comments. They are making up their own username like this one to make them selfs look good. I also want to express that it is not only the residents they screw over...they also screw you over if you are a part of their team. I can honestly say that I am glad that I was terminated, because it's not the place to work or even live. Wow....so let me clarify?!?...what we are doing is illegal by saying mean but truthful things about a complex and a management staff that has been unreasonable? At no point did we defame her....she's ---!! Have you seen her? However, let me point out that what they are doing is very illegal...it's actually fraud! By making up deceiving usernames to post things on here when they should have paid the annual fees to do that!! Maybe this web company that hosts this site should contact the police and they can trace that back!! So tell me ------ -------...is that really a place you want to live? Hmmmm.....

I lived in wentworthless for 2 years in 2003-2005. I cleaned that place up and down and made the floors shine. You could eat off of any surface in that place. When I moved out, sure as hell, I got my little note from the staff that said I wasn't going to get ANY of my deposit back because I DIDN'T CLEAN THE APARTMENT BEFORE VACATING. Screw them and you too!!

I live in the apartments now. and i must say that we have had our van broken into and there has been people taking mail that isn't theirs. I agree this place isn't very good. i have lived here for about 6 months and if i knew this stuff now i wouldn't have moved in here. you best believe that before i move out i am taking pictures of everything and video, so if the managment thinks they are going to try to pull some off the wall ---- with me they are wrong.. and i will make sure that one of them dose a walk through with me before i had over the keys. If The managers of this complex think they can just come into my apartment when they feel the need to then they will get a big --- lawsuit to look at,and deal with because i have installed some hidden camaras in my apartment. so if they enter i will know. and so will the police. they have to give you 24 hours notice in writing before they enter your apartment. As long as i don't have roaches and noone comes in my home and takes my stuff i guess im cool. but once you start messing with me and my kids it is on and you can take this how ever you want. and do whatever you want with this. So you can take this and ----- it in your pipe and smoke it......... Thank god i will be gone in 7 months

I couldn't imagine a worse place to live. I lived in one of the townhouses and we had bugs and even worse we had 2 wolf spiders (my worst fear!) and a bat! We probably had the apartment sprayed about 3-4 times a month for the entire year we lived there, but it did no good because there was a huge hole in our basement that led to the next townhouse over. Seriously, I could look through it and see the neighbors. And I did go on a tour, and it looked okay. Then, the day we move in the entire basement floor was COVERED in crickets! This was the worst expierience of my life!

I lived at 8642 R Plaza apt 10 for one year. I tellyou it was the worst year of my life! The harrassment and abuse is still happening to me,after moving out. The apartment MANAGER told me I did not call them to spray my apartment for bugs, so they have to charge me for investation of bugs throughout the apartment due to the food I cooked. During my stay in the apartment they never came to spray, nor was there any festation of bugs. They are charging me to replace the old smelly, dirty carpet that was there when I moved in. The appliances were the worst from 1975, but I have a lawyer now along with a few present and past tenants to put a leash on Wentworth management, so you wanna help email me @ erve.sagbo@yahoo.com. I will fight until everyone in Omaha knows what ----- is doing to her tenants!
