I am a current resident at wentworth and i have not had any problems. I just renewed my lease. They have always been quick to repair my problems, which ranged from a bad A/C after the winter and a bad power outlet. They gave me ample notice to entry into my unit and are cheap apartments. I am a student so this complex is centered between my work and school which is really nice.
the only problem i have is the noise. this is located directly beneath the flight path of Offut AFB which can be noisy at times. I have learned to tune that out which now doesn't bother me. for the money I pay though, I don't think you can beat it.

Resident my ass...you have to be part of the staff!! I didn't live in the apartments, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt that they are somewhat better than the townhomes, but I have my doubts!
