I lived in this place for 10 years. (5-98 to 5-2008) After 10 years in a 550 sq foot apartment, they not only kept my deposit (no big deal) but are charging me 900.00!!!! for painting and carpet repair!!!! In 10 years the place was never painted once and the carpet was USED when I moved in!!! Now they are threatening me with collections and a judgement. yeah, Wentworthless is notorious for this. I would contact an attorney.

Yes, take them to small claims court. I took them there and got over $600 knocked off.

You need to contact the local HUD office.

take them to small claims court. That they owe you money for you deposit. I took them to small claims and got the amount I owed decreased alot. Small claims court is super cheap like 30 dollars I think. It will save you tons of money. I will email you my email address and number if you have questions.

I used to work there, they'll screw you out of house and home. How else do you think they update their apartments and townhomes?
