You can hear every sound from the neighbors, the hall doors don't have closers and slam shut all day and all night. Weekends the partying and smoking fills the hallways.
The place needs a thorough cleaning and some serious maintenance, painting, etc. inside and out. Oustide lighting doesn't work.The building smells.
The only plus is that you can get it cheap on a special. I couldn't wait for my lease to be up.

I highly dissagree. We've been here over 6 months and haven't noticed any of that except the occational party, drunks making noise in the parking lot.
