Willow Creep, home of a Omaha serial rapist !!!!!! Seen alot of drug dealing going on in the one year we lived out there, seen drunken idiots partying, throwing empty bottles off the balconies, and driving like jackasses drunk in and out of the parking lot. And that was just the building I lived in. It is cheap, and they'll take almost anyone. Parking is a pain, thieves tried too break into my trunk.
