Problems with this place is
1. Bug problem - roaches all over the place even after emptying cans and cans of repellent
2. Maintenance - The residents usually are envious of their neighbours who have the good fortune of having the snow cleared in less than a week !
3. Maintenance - Maybe an isolated instance, but had unprofessional maintenance when we had a problem with the bathroom tub.
4. Maintenance - Five calls to get the management to send one exterminator!!
Pros :
1. Noise - pretty low
2. View - absolutely great view with the golf course and lake.
3. Safe enough - haven't heard/seen damage to cars etc.
