The place is filled with bugs and is like living in a furnace. We had to run the air non-stop just to get it down to 80. The AC drain backed up and we had mold in the closet, which maintenance just painted over the top of. This is the worst place I ever lived. No reflection on Broadmoor though, they generally are good to work with. We had to break our lease on this place.
