We went out of our way to have the apartment cleaned and everything out within 3 days and were promised the rest of our rent back and never received it after we sent our keys back the day after we cleaned it. We were told the apartment was rented and that was the reason why we accomodated Willow Park for this since they said it was being rented. When we didn't receive the rent money back that they promised they told us that they didn't rent it. We could have used the apartment for another 23 days.
