It is my understanding that a manager is actually suppose to be at the place she is managing. WRONG!!!! If you choose to move in here, which I would highly not recomment, know that you will never meet or be able to speak to this mystery manager. And leaving messages with one of the dozens of girls who have come and gone out of that office, is a waste of your FREAKING time! When she decides to return your calls, if she decides to return your calls, she is nasty and is not willing to work with you or budge on the matter. I thought that if you are the resident, a.k.a., the customer, they are suppose to work with you, not against you. If I was to treat someone with as much outright disrespect as this woman, I would have been fired from my job years ago. Basically, if you want to move to a place that is rude, disorganized, and treated as if you are just a rent check, then I invite you to move to Willow Park. I am a countin' my days that I have to be here! This is not a home, this is hell!

I have been the Manager of Willow Park since 2004. I love this community and the Residents that live here, I am happy to call many of them my friends. I take pride in keeping the lines of communication open with the Residents of Willow Park and I am in constant contact with many. There was a comment about me being a "mystery manager:" I work Monday thru Friday during regular buisness hours. If I am out of the office, it is to walk the community which is a large part of my job. I do however return phone calls and am always willing to set up times to speak with Residents personally. I would be interested to know the nature of this comment in hopes to rectify the situation. I am always willing to work with Residents on most issues. As I stated before, I would like the opportunity to resolve this issue. I am truly sorry that you have had a negative experience.
