I have lived at Willow Park for about 7 months and have been very pleased. It's cheap rent and an alright place to live for a single person. I've found the management very friendly and willing to help and the one time I did have a problem, it was fixed the day after I reported it. I never had a problem with hearing my neighbors. The area isn't the nicest, but it's nothing horrible. The only real problem I've had is that the water isn't very clean and it doesnt get or stay hot for very long. It's pretty easy to find parking. The grocery store, movie rental, gas station, atm are right across the street. And restaurants (fast food and nicer ones) are within a 10 minute drive. Had a couple bugs during the summer, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall it was a good place to live.
