Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
The apartment above me had a toilet overflow which found its way onto my bathroom counter and into the hallway (small puddles). The maintenance team was at my apartment immediately and the apartment manager called soon after and offered to have a cleaning crew help with the mess. Talk about a surprise! Instead of an apology I was given a solution.
