NOTE: since there is no section for "Wyndham Villas" I put it here... (as this is where google's reviews linked).
This review is actually for Wyndham Villas - but it has the same managers as Wyndham Hill.
The managers will be veeery nice to you when you are looking at the place, but after you've signed the lease, they're incredibly snooty. They will lie to your face... absolutely HORRIBLE management.
As others have said, you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING happening in the apartments beside you or above you... I hear every step the upstairs neighbor take... and I can hear the neighbor next to me sneeze.
Don't be fooled by the "gated community" either. Anyone can get in.. and anyone does... the gate stays open and people follow someone right through.
I'm counting down the days until my lease is over.
Don't waste your money on this overpriced crap... the paper thin walls in these poorly constructed buildings on top of the rude management will make you absolutely sick.

My name is Peggy O'Doherty and I have been the manager of the Wyndham Villas since it was built in 2002 as well as the Wyndham Hill Apartments which were built in 1993. I realize that some residents are just not happy with the office staff, their apartment or their surroundings after they move in. The Wyndham Staff makes sure all the residents at both communities are treated with respect and hope the same will be done to us. Residents do have to adapt to rules and guidelines that the Wyndham Office puts out and if a problem arises, we expect all residents feel comfortable enough to visit with us at the Wyndham office. When you live in an apartment community where there are neighbors living around you, you are going to hear noises. Regarding the gates, it is Nebraska state law that our gates stay open for at least 11 seconds to avoid any car damage. The Wyndham Staff knows what it takes to keep so many residents happy. We also have won numerous awards for "Outstanding Service" from our parent company Broadmoor Development. We want our residents to feel safe in their home and happy to live at the Wyndham Hill Apartments & Villas.
