great value I have lived here for over 2 years. My apartments is great> I havent had one problem. Everything is brand new and the floor plan is huge. I love the location, I am close to work and all of the bars and resturants on Maple street. My only complaint is I see a few lazy people that do

Love it Here!! I moved here in August 2011. After looking at more than 8 complexes in West Omaha, this was the cleanest and best layout for a 2 brm 2 bath. I love the location...drive down Maple street and you can find everything you need. The staff is friendly and have addressed any concerns

Love, love, love!! I have lived at these apartments since this summer and absolutely love it! The staff and tenants are nice and friendly. Snow is cleared as soon as possible and the buildings are clean. I definately recommend taking a look around!
