beautiful apts, great neighbors, horrible maintenance man From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I loved almost everything about this complex, but the maintenance man is a big fat creepy guy. He walks in on (convieniently enough) only female residents without knocking. He has been known to sit in the parking lot after hours and "watch" people (females). besides the fact of mentally undressing girls & women with his eyes. He is gross and makes people feel very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that myself and others have left. So if they would get rid of the "stalker" I would definatly recommend this place. Otherwise stay away. Unless you dont mind peeping eyes watching you, your girlfriend, your wife, or your daughters.
