These are great apartments and a good price, but if anything breaks your pretty much screwed. Maintenance is horrible - took me 8 months to get a running toilet fixed, and nearly 6 months to get my balcony blinds fixed.

There is no onsite manager anymore and the management company (Dana Mann) is worthless. If it snows it takes forever for someone to actually come out to plow the lot and shovel the sidewalks.

This would be a great complex if they would have better maintenance and a management company that bothered to do anything with them.
