Our apartment is very spacious and you can't do any better for the price. We actually viewed some different apartments last year and some of the more expensive places were kind of trashy. I've never had any problems with neighbors other than a few noisy ones, but you get those no matter where you go. The maintenance people are great. People do park in other peoples spots from time to time, but I think thats usually because someone is in their spot, or they're just new here and don't know any better.
