The apartment was on the first floor and at the end of the building and in the back. There was a wooden fence bordering our building, so sitting oot on the patio was like sitting in your own back yard. The kitchen was spacious and had a substantial amount of storage space. The walk-in bedroom closets were very spacious. We had a problem with the shelf brackets in our bedroom giving out, and coming home to a real mess with our clothes and other items all over the floor. The maintenance staff was there right away, and after a couple of these incidents happening, they fixed it properly. The office staff was always friendly and professional. We had three cars and rented one garage. I never had problems with parking or vandalism. Maintenance was out at least once a week picking up trash around the dumpsters. The only minor problem was that the parking lot lighting was only mounted on the tops of the buildings, so cars parked away from the buildings were essentially in the dark. The only reason my wife and I left there is that we took advantage of low mortgage rates and bought a house
