Not too bad, but...

Lived here for almost three years. Had third floor unit which faced a parking lot and an adjacent state highway.
Square footage, paint scheme, and closet space good for the price. Complaints: way too many kids in complex, poor water pressure in shower/washer/sinks, my unit had leaky ceilings for a short period of time (but was fixed), landscaping maintenance was lacking at times, snow removal was marginal, outdoor entrances are a very poor design choice for this part of the country (very high heating/cooling bills due to "breezeways"). Fit/finish was marginal (many interior doors did not latch properly when closed).
I never had any issues with vehicle vandalism (had a garage, which I highly recommend), but I did see several cars vandalized over the course of the time there, although I would imagine that many of those incidents were not random, if you know what I mean. Since most units in this complex face parking lots or State Highway 370, noise is consistent if you so choose to leave your windows open at night. Papillion Police do patrol somewhat regularly, and can also be seen answering calls for service in the complex. Central mailboxes are a pain when it is extremely cold/hot outside.
Overall, I had a decent experience at Meridian Club. It was also my experience that people kept to themselves. The location of the complex is such that it is easy to get around, and the adjacent BP gas station is a great bonus. A great deal of tenants here appear to be military, so vacancies are frequent. Meridian Club has experienced three management company changes in the three years I lived there, so staff "mobility" was constant. For the most part, the maintenance/office staff were helpful.
Here's what I would recommend if living at Meridian Club: get a garage, either rent or buy a washer/dryer (they have hook-ups), get plastic film for the windows during the winter, invest in a good showerhead, and get renter's insurance (that's for any apartment complex).
