The layout is nice and close to base. The office ladies are snotty and do not like to help you after you sign the lease. I have had them sigh into the phone when I've complained about legitimate issues and hang up the phone after I've finished my sentence. Their customer service is horrid and I hope they read this and realize where they can improve. Let me say the maintenance guys are awesome! They deserve a raise.
