It's decent

I'd have to agree w/ some of the previous reviews. The staff aren't the friendliest people. There are WAY too many kids running around. They're especially loud in the summer time. If you want to sleep in on the weekend or your day off, you can't.
In the winter, snow removal is HORRIBLE. It took them a week to plow the parking lot, and they didn't even do a good job.
You could tell that they used cheap material to build this apartment. During the winter time, you could feel a draft from the windows, and the walls are very thin. It doesn't even seem to be insulated. You would definately have to buy curtains and have your heat on = more money on electric bill.
The water pressure is poor. Even a good showerhead didn't help me. But you learn to adapt.
If you qualify for the tax credit break, it's a really good deal. They also offer military discount. The apartments are pretty nice and only a few years old. What I really liked about this apartment was the (U-shaped) kitchen, it's fairly spacious for an apartment. They also have walk-in closets, which I definately put to good use.
Besides that it's what you make it. For me, it was fine for the price.
