This is a terrible place to live. I have lived here since August 2007, and I know for sure I am going somewhere else after my year lease. The apartments suck, and the management is horrible! I have to call every week to remind them to mow the lawn behind our aparment building, and to remind them about things that need to be fixed inside my apartment. The manager of the apartment has nice tone when she talks, and out side of her job seems to be a great person. With her work though she is rude, and the people never return your calls or barely ever answer! For $700 a month, I'm pretty sure I can find somewhere else that's better. They fix what needs to be fixed on the outside to look up to standards, but it is really substandard. Have fun if you choose this place!

I just wrote this but then read everyone elses comments. I almost laughed because everything people wrote is 100 percent true! We have stains on our carpet and our rooms smells like horrible cat pee. They actually fought with us and said it didnt. The paint is horrible. Its on the carpets and has stips of colors that they tested. BUGS!!!!!!Omg everywhere. They said they are suppose to spray every month! but doooo not! We can never get a parking spot, and people come lay in our yard to talk, loudly. kids run free. We almost hit them at least once a week. TRASH! Enjoy the weekly visits from at least 2 or 3 police cruisers too! Not worth the money! PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!
