I lived here and loved it. There were some troublemaking kids about, but I never had any problems with them. My A/C broke and the maintenance guys were right out to fix it, they even came out at night after-hours. I had to move out early and the employees were very helpful (they were brand new at the time). I ended up paying for a couple months rent while they found someone to lease out the apartment so I don't have to pay the remaining months (which is such a relief).

The neighbors were always very nice to me and would say 'hello' on passing, unlike some other snotty neighbors I had encountered at a previous apartment complex. I was on the 2nd floor and never had a sleepless night.

I was allowed to look at the apartment before renting it, they didn't even cash my deposit before I did. So, I don't know how another person says they "don't allow" you to view the apartment before signing a lease. In all, I would say that this place was one of the best that I have ever lived. My only complaint would be that sometimes the pool would be closed for maintenance on the weekends without prior notice. Probably should be done on a Tuesday...
