I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they like loud parties 24/7, kids screaming and running wild, vandalizing anything and everything they can get their hands on, bugs and more bugs, crappy maintenance who put a bandaid on everything but doesn't actually fix anything, terrible insulation, drafty windows, people who leave their trash everywhere but in the trash barrels. The kids actually started the trash barrel on fire!! Cops all the time!! Drug deals!
The front office is a joke. They don't return phone calls. They are never open.
I didn't feel my child was safe here as the kids run this complex and they are all very well known by Papillion's finest.
My apartment actually was flooded twice by the apartment upstairs. No one cared and no one came to fix it. Stains on my ceiling from the flood and mildew in my pantry causing me to throw food away. No one cared. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I lived here also.. Was the worst year of my life. I too had problems that caused me to throw food away. I gave them a receipt for the cost of food, but never saw a dime. It truly lives up to the name "Applehood".
