While the apt's are fairly new and spacious. The rent is a bit pricey, but worth it for what you get (price/sq ft. Trying to get maintenance to fix problems will take a minimum of 3 wks regardless of what it is. This is the concensus umong all residents that I have encountered. Noise, as with all apts, is bad. Unless you're on the third floor... My downstairs neighbor is always banging on my floor.
