As others have said, the maintenance is definitely below average... although I have been able to get them to fix any issues that I have, although often it takes _politely_ asking more than once (which you shouldn't have to do).

The apartments are big, nice and well put together for the most part though. I am happy enough with them to stay here a while longer. Unless maintenance improves though, I'm not sure I would recommend moving into the older buildings as time passes.
