NO WAY!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We have the same experience some of the other posters have. The apartment was FILTHY when we moved in, the only thing they had done was cleaned the carpet. The toilets, fridge, and sinks were terrible.
We called and called for them to fix things, and they would blame us for breaking them when obviously it was a flaw in the appliance and it took 3-4 weeks to even get our toilet fixed!
The office staff is terribly rude. She called and bitched my husband out at work for a complaint from a neighbor when she never even heard our side of the story! When he asked her what the perfect solution was in her eyes and she just kept bitching, we knew we had a problem.
We have yet to have any problems with the owner, but if we don't get our deposit back I will turn them in to the BBB and the housing authority... that's the other thing... our building is 2 years old and it is falling down into the pit below. There are HUGE cracks on the walls, and the countertop in the kitchen is pulling away from the wall. We hear huge booms in the night of the apartment settling and falling into the pit. I wonder if it is even SAFE to live there.
If you are even remotely considering moving here.... DON'T DO IT!!! They look nice, but they are TERRIBLE!
