So irritated with this place!

We have had nothing but problems with these apartments. The owner is flat out rude to our face and refuses to help. For being the newest building, our heat pump only works on occasion, our dryer takes two cycles to dry, the front door with controlled access rarely works, and our mail box broke. Our apartment got up to 90 degrees with the air on one night and when I called emergency maitenance he told me it was too expensive to send someone out.
The neighbors above us were so loud that pictures were shaking on our wall. We called the office and were told they were newlyweds and well, you know what that means, so they asked us to just live with it. Serisouly, that's how they said it.
Anyone considering moving here should also know they permanently closed the intersection to the apartments to accomodate the new mall and we now have to take service roads to get to 370. This normally isn't too much of an inconvenience except for the morning commute. I usually have to sit through a couple of lights before I get onto 370, so this has added time to my commute.
Bottom line, this is some of the worst service I have ever had. I would not suggest these apartments.
