New Apartments, but the owner...

Extremely rude owner, especially if you actually want him to talk to you or take action with something that's broken in the apartment. Just plan on getting angry before you even go and 'inconvenience' him. The apartments are new and clean, but the construction is poor quality (leaky faucets, doors not closing properly etc...) and the scanner for the security door to enter the building was broken for about 4 months of my year lease. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
