I cannot wait to move out of here. I initially rented here because the staff woman was polite and seemed to care, and the apartments were fairly nice on the inside. After almost a year, Ive learned all this is wrong. The walls were poorly sanded and I dont think even painted over. The deposit amount was ridiculous. The parking is horrible, and in the winter time the are slow to clean the area off. On top of that, they threated that your car might be damaged if you dont move it when they finally decided to clean it! The inside halls have NEVER been cleaned since I moved in, its disgusting. As far as safety goes, they have badge type entry, but the door is always open and people can come in anyways! The owner/manager is rude and doesnt care. Maintenace is HORRIBLY slow. And the ladies at the office are incompetent, lazy and rude. Worst of all, there is only 2 garbage bins for the enitire complex that you have to walk to or drive your trash to because they are only close to the front office, and they are always over spilling with garbage. When the time is up, I'll gladly be ready to move.
