Not a good place to live

From day one I have had problems with my apartment. I have never been able to use my fireplace becuase it always sets the fire alarms off. My master bathroom shower still leaks onto my floor though I have made a complaint several times. Both my toilets are backed-up and and I have called to get them looked at twice. The solution given to me was to see if I could use my neighbors toilet until thier repairman can take a look at my toilets. They do have only one repairman so it does make it hard to get things fixed. My oldest son locked my youngest son (at the time he was 4 months) in the bedroom, when I called the office and said I couldn't get into my son's room, they siad that they will call their guy but it will be a while. I waited over an hour for him to show up. It takes two cycles to dry my clothes. My washer breaks down on a regular basis. I was the one who replaced the shower heads and leaky faucets in the apartment because I was tired of waiting. The secured entry was what appealed to me and yet it only worked on the day I moved in, other than that it is useless. Anybody and everybody can walk in. I am really looking forward to moving out of these apartments. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
