This place is no good. I got a fourteen day notice not even a month after living here. And guess what, it was because I had a jewelry party. How wild was that' My neighbor across the hall is the cigarette police and left a thankyou note on my door because she believed that I was throwing my cigarette butts off the balcony. Sorry honey, they're not my brand. My fireplace pilot is always going out, my disposal went out twice, I had to buy my own showerhead because theirs didn't work. I mean the list can just go on. This place is so expensive, no pool, no fitness room, dog poo everywhere, the halls smell of urine, the manager is the b word (--------), the owner is cheap and the neighbors are snotty. I am a decent person but I can't even come home from the late shift at work without getting a complaint in the morning about it. If you never have people over, and you don't like to move in your own expensive place, and you like cheap fixtures, then this is the place for you!

Is Midland Heights the Ritz? No certainly not, yes there are some "updates" that need to be made in refernece to the hallways that the manager and owner are well aware of. It is one of the few places in surrounding Omaha that allows 2 pets w/out taking your arm and leg to have them or raising the rent every 6 months. You had a choice to live in the non pet buildings which you could have chosen when you applied. Most responsible adults I know will pick up after themselves and their animals. Furthermore most men I know don't attend "jewelry" parties that have children under 4 running around w/ beer drinking, smoking adults at all hours of the night. If you want to be treated like an adult then act like one. Defensive attitudes are usually associated w/ guilt...hhhmmmmmm

Now I am having my deposit held from me because of this posting and being threatened with a lawsuit if I don't drop the "deposit issue". HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
