I agree with Happy Renter. I don't know why there have been so many negative reviews of Midland Heights, but my husband and I have lived here 5 1/2 years and wouldn't dream of moving. The building that we are in is very well insulated so our utility bills are very low. It is clean, no bugs, nicely decorated and feels just like our own home.

I don't know most of my neighbors, but those that I do recognize are friendly and helpful. I see no evidence of partying or messiness. I suppose every place has it's drawbacks, but I would never move from here unless something drastic were to change.
