These apartments may seem like the perfect prospective home for a small family but after residing here for 2 loyal years I regret each month there. Did I feel safe leaving my wife at home while I went on deployments to the desert' No. The lights that shine on the doors were often burnt out leaving darkness in the parking lot and sidewalks. This may be the primary reason why people were able to make off with resident trailers and property.
Maintenance was often slow or rarely completed. Why do I have to go outside and fix the gutters so that the heavy rainfall won't flood the patch of grass I call my yard.
Although the staff seemed like a great bunch of women while you reside there, they will do anything in their power to keep all of your already high deposit. Even after spending a full day cleaning out our rarely dirty apartment, out of $500, we got back $34. When asked to provide receipts and a list of additional cleaning, no calls were returned.
Bottom line is: DO NOT RENT HERE

Typical and almost automatic response from this circus. I had similar circumstance when I moved out. When I switched apts from a 1 bdrm to a 2 I was told the carpet had been cleaned yet when I started to moved in it was obvious to everyone helping me that that was so not the truth. I was smart enough to take pictires of all stains on the carpet, the filthy refrigerator, marks and scrapes on walls and doors. I was charged for an absorbent amount for "cleaning" etc as well. Anyone who live(s) there any amount of time knows they don't have any professional cleaners hired. The hallways are filty, carpet has never been replaced or repainted. Police have been to the property several times for removing mischievous teenageres and random parkers and can't help because it is considered "personal property" talk to the manager or property owner, they turn arouund and say call the police and round and round it goes. I am no more a fan of owner or his managers (two faced)nor are the Sarpy Co. police. If you want to know where your deposit is maybe go look at rhe new house owner built for his wife....
