Unprofessional Staff VERY rude!

I lived there for 2 years, paid my rent on time, and never caused problems. My deposit was all used up, and I never got a receipt for it. I will call and wont receive a call back. I've stopped by the office, and when I ask about the deposit, I get attitude and excuses. I was basically told the if I keep pressing the issue, they will charge me for more stuff in the apartment, and if I leave it alone they will leave it at $500. The owner is only out to make a buck off people, not give them a place to live. There is only one lady in the office, and she is rarely there. She has a closet full of excuses for any problems you have there. She is very unprofessional, and rude. I marked down on safety because the key card you use to get into the complex worked for only half the time I was there. I marked down on maintenance because every time I had a problem, It took weeks for it to get resolved if it ever did. I had the maintenance guy trip power with my computer on, and I lost about 8 hours worth of work. All I got was an oops.
BE WARNED: THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!
They will try to say why would I try to keep your deposit, I don't benefit from it. Save yourself the headache, don't move here. You will be extremely unsatisfied with the staff. They also run the Spring Hill apt, I wouldn't move there either for the simple fact that the staff is terrible.

couldn't agree more with this review. Aside from everything with the apartment and complex being below average, the worst thing about it is the staff - especially the main lady in the office. They will try to bully you into keeping your deposit. We only got ours back after threatening legal action, and even then only got a portion. With apartment vacancies at an all-time low (75%), pick a better place to live.
