This place was a nightmare. The apartment manager when I moved in was stealing money from the place and there wasn't a maintenance person employed. When the next apartment manager took over she was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back when I moved.

There were assigned parking spaces and if you had more than one household car you were out of luck with parking. The grounds were full of weeds and not properly cared for. The unit was not well lighted and the carpet was a mess.

Units on the basement levels were prone to flooding due to plumbing issues which dumped raw sewage into the apartment; it took management three days in the middle of summer to send anyone to extract the sewage water from the carpet. The laundry area also flooded the hallway and went untreated causing mold to spread.

A new leasing company took over last year and brought in a new apartment manager and maintenance. I don't know if things have improved internally but externally everything looks very nice and upkept now.
