I read the other reviews and just wanted to add my opinion as a current renter. I live on the bottom floor at Papillion heights and havn't seen a mold problem or any flooding like i did at my previous apartments in the past. I got a great special that i took advantage of, and my first day wasn't of charged on my pro-rated rent! I have been here for about 8 months now and love that this place is very pet friendly, when i have a problem (which has been minor so far) The maintenance tech comes asap to fix it and always keeps me updated on the problem. The worst problem i have had here if anyone were to ask, is the swimming pool got shut down because of a chlorine problem...kind of inconvenient but hey! beats alot of problems i had elsewhere. The rent is something i am very satisfied with, i pay under 600 a month compared to what the apartments in papillion charges for 2 bedroom. That rent actually includes all of my utilities but the electricity...NIFTY if you ask me. They also have online bill pay here too. I have NEVER had trouble with parking here, there is actually plenty of it...if i am ever out of luck parking up front by apartments, which ofcourse thats almost always taken, there is an extra lot by the swimming pool where i always park at. I have a new car so pot holes do matter to me, and they just re-did and re-striped the parking lot here.
