Good location - poor management staff

It takes forever to get something fixed if it is ever reported by the management staff to the maintenance department.
Things seem to be falling apart in each apartment.
Staff seems to lie constantly about work that is finished, but never gets started in the first place. Never can get a straight answer out of anyone in the office. Communication between tenants and even in their own office is very poor. They have no management skills whatsoever.
Good neighborhood and close to everything without being too close to the busy city. I think that the management knows that and they tend to break promises to their tenants about maintaining living spaces.
