The management does not care if anything is working. They take as long as they want to get to the problems (that is after you call them 20 or more times to get somebody to come fix the problem). Yes I have been lied to by the management. Would not let any member of my family rent here.
The rent price I guess is ok. But they don't seem to care about the place. Too bad. The decks are falling apart. The laundry rooms are sub par and the hallways/entry ways are usually filthy with dirt and dust. It could be a nice place with a little care. Nice neighborhood. Nice area. Wish the landlords/management would work harder to make this a happier enviroment for their tenants.
