The more things change the more they seem the same. Someone posted here how they thought good things would happen with the new management. Wrong! Nothing has happened. Try getting something servied or fixed. Good luck waiting. You will be waiting forever. You're better off just not living here at all. God help you if you have an afterhours emergency. Nobody to call. Nobody shows up. Surey ou can ask someone to come out. And they will tell you someone will be out that day or "no later than the next morning"... Well -- weeks and weeks will go by. Then you'll have to call and remind them again. Upon which you will hear an excuse or something close to that. The decks are in lousy shape. If you value your safety stay off them. The entryways/hallways are filthy with dust and dirt. Not to mentio nthe bugs. Oh yea and the last time the air ducts were cleaned out -- well lets just say I doubt that has "ever" happened. This is a slum lords dream place. In a nice area of Papillion you'd think it would be better. Fat chance! Do yourself a favor -- don't even consider moving into one of these rental apartments. You'll be happy you didn't. And sorry if you did!!
