I live at Park Terrace apartments currently, and can't get out of here quick enough. I am waiting to buy a home which is the only reason I am still here. This place is a dump, and I would not recommend anyone to live here!! The management here is terrible. You cannot call them for anything. They dodge all the question you ask. You cannot get a straight answer out of any of them. They will tell you one thing and do the total opposite! I totally agree with all of the previous complaints that are already listed on the Park Terrace site. Papillion is such a great place to live and then you move in to a place like this and it really makes you think differently about the area. The neighbors here a re great and totally agree with the way this place is ran. This is a wonderful neighborhood to live in and the school district is great, it is just to bad that Park Terrace cannot get better management to take care of this place!!
