I have lived here for several years. For the price it's pretty good. Snow shoveling and repairs are always top notch. I never have to worry in that area - except roof leaks, that the OWNER'S ignore until you complain long enough and loose belongings.

I am really thinking about moving since the new manager Ch** started. It seems every other day we have a new rule or memo or notice. I'm sure some of them are probably even illegal. Ex: if you see people using the washing machines after 10p.m. she wants you to bring their clothes to the OFFICE. This woman can't manage her own life, I don't know why they think she can manage this whole property. Twice I have received eviction notices for late rent when I had handed my rent checks directly to her. One time she lost it and one time she said she put my money towards somebody else's rent. When you call or go into the office, you never know what mood you'll be seeing from her.

I would recommend the apartments if your looking for a decent place to live. As long as you aren't bothered by a airhead running the place, you'll be fine.
