We have lived here for about a year and half. They are nice apartments, although the hallways don't get cleaned on a regular basis. Maintenance, when called, comes in timely manner and they always announce a week or two ahead of time when they will be doing maintenance in the building. The carpet was replaced before we moved in and was also very nice. However, there is only one washer and dryer per building which houses 12 units, so it can be a problem to do laundry during the day or weekends. We haven't had any trouble with them whatsoever.
