I have enjoyed living at Tuscany Place. The apartments are really nice and look beautiful. You can sometimes hear your neighbors but its apartment living. Overall good place to live and highly recommened. Only thing is office staff changes periodically but a nice employee explained that as soon as the community expansion is complete they will be able to have a full time staff dedicated to Tuscany, I look forward to that. ... These are beautiful apartments but very noisy. We were told there were construction issues with the insulation and thin walls/floors. You can hear everything above you. We had major issues with the tenants above us and Seldin was not very ... Full Review
