I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT AT THIS APARTMENT FOR 2 YEARS AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO MICE PROBLEMS AT ALL. YES THEY HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT AND MAINTANCE BUT NOW THINGS ARE COOL! WE NOW HAVE A GREAT MANAGER AND A GREAT MAINTANCE PERSON WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WE ARE GETTING THINGS FIXED RIGHT AWAY. ALOT OF PLACES HAVE PROBLEMS BUT THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST AT MY OTHER APARTMENT PLACES.

I appreciate the comments posted here. I was considering another D&K property in Omaha but will likely go elsewhere. The staff at Village at Omaha are only there M,W, and F for a few hours each day. They missed scheduled appointments of several different people hoping to view the houses and duplexes. From what I was told, the staff works at both locations.
